It is circulated for information of all concerned Colleges that while receiving the
Admission forms of students a printout copy of particulars be provided to the students by the
college Principal for confirmation of particulars so that the University registers the particulars
of each candidate error free. The same particulars shall be reflected in RRs/CDs so that the
entries are recorded correctly in the University records.
In case of any correction at a later stage, the candidates shall have to pay prescribed
correction fee in the University chest. He/she has to submit the revised particulars duly
forwarded by the concerned Principal of the college.
