All the students (Local/Non-Local) who have enrolled themselves for B.Ed programme session 2012-13 are advised to submit an affidavit duly sworn in before the 1st Class Magistrate up to July 31, 2013 to the effect that they are/were not working in any (Govt./Semi Govt. offices and also are/were not undergoing any other course of study during the session. The students can submit the affidavit in their respective colleges where from they are pursuing their B.Ed programme. Candidates who fail to submit the same during the specified period of time, will not in any case be allowed to sit in the examination scheduled in the month of August, 2013 provided otherwise eligible. The concerned colleges are advised to keep the affidavit ready and submit the same in the office of the undersigned whenever asked for.

It is notified for information of all the concerned that the Private Registration for BG 1st year of General Course (BA/B.Com) for the session 2013-14 in respect of the students interested to pursue the course in private mode are advised to fill the Online Registration Form available on University website and submit a print copy of the same along with attested copies of Matriculation and Higher Secondary Part II (12th) marks cards, discharge certificate from the institution last attended (in original) and Registration fee receipt of Rs 100/- + late fee of Rs 400/- (to be deposited in any finacle branch of Jammu and Kashmir Bank Pvt Ltd.) in the Registration Branch (Examination Block) upto and including 31, July, 2013. This is in continuation to this office notice of even No. dated 01-06-2013.
 No Extension will be henceforth granted.
