Srinagar, Apr 27: Police has arrested a drug peddler and recovered prescription drugs from his possession in Sopore.
On a tip off, Sopore police apprehended a man identified as Asif Ahmad Mir son of Mohammad Ahsan Mir resident of Khwaja Gilgit Sopore near Degree College. On his search police recovered 254 capsules of prescription drugs.
A case FIR number 105/16 under section 8/22 NDPS has been registered against him and further investigation is going on
